Billing Policies

An annual $40.00 registration is due upon starting the daycare. Renewal date for the annual registration is September.

Our rates are as follows:

  3 yr olds (Tue/Thur) 4 yr olds (M,W,F)
Class only $85/month $110/month
Class & Care $210/month $295/month
Class + 5 days Daycare $420/month $420/month
Kindercare:
$200 up to 4 hours a day per month
$280 per month

*Occasional Care $5.00 for the first hour or any thereof. (Thereafter care will be calculated in the ½ hour increments up to $25.00 per day.)

Our billings cycle is prepaid monthly. Payments are due by the 1st of the month. Payments can be:

  1. Mailed to PO Box 31158, Billings, MT 59107
  2. Delivered to 120 South 34th Street, Billings, MT 59101
  3. Made by electronic debit

Payments are expected on or before the 15th day of the month.

Extra charges will be added accordingly for the early outs and no school days.

.A late charge ($10.00) will be added to your bill if the payment is not received by the 15th.

A $30.00 NSF fee will be added to all returned checks. A $25.00 NSF fee will be added to all ACH returned automatic withdrawals. The payment will be sent to the bank again on the 20th.

Any family with two (2) NSF checks per year will be put on a cash basis only. Failure to pay within ten days after the bill date may be grounds for dismissal.

Two weeks written notice is required for withdrawal from the program.
