Two Year Old Teacher:
Miss Chelsea Rathie
Hello! My name is Chelsea
Rathie. I am the two year old teacher at the William R. Lowe
Center. I was born and raised right here in Billings, MT.
After attending high school at Billings Senior High, I went to
Dawson Community College in Glendive, MT. I received my two
year degree and then transferred to DSU, gradating in May of 2006
with a Psychology Degree and a minor in coaching.
I played fast pitch softball all
throughout high school and college. I even coached the DSU
softball team my last year of college. Continuing my love for
the game, I play slow pitch softball in Billings every summer.
As you can see, I am a very active person and love being outdoors
during the summer.
I spent most of my years in college
working at an elementary school being a playground supervisor and
helping out in the classrooms. I also interned at another
elementary school where I worked one-on-one with children who had
learning disabilities. These two opportunities really are the
biggest reasons why I love working with children so much and why I
want to continue working with them!
